01License Grant
Muvees grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
No Modification
You agree not to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
Reverse Engineering
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Muvees or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
